Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026 This Cancellation Policy applies to stay inquiries and reservations managed by Shrika Stays. Notice Period Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. The required notice period depends on your stay agreement. Refunds Security deposits are refundable subject to property inspection and deduction of any damages or outstanding dues. Rent refunds follow the terms in your signed agreement. Early Termination Early move-out may incur charges as outlined in your stay agreement. Contact our team as early as possible to discuss options. Force Majeure Shrika Stays is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.
